Return Policy

Gumbo Lilies will only accept returns for store credit within 10 days of the day your order was delivered.

Items must be returned in their original condition. They cannot be altered in any way and must be in resalable condition. This includes, but is not limited to the following: deodorant stains, makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, mildew scent, etc.

** When returning boots or shoes, please place shoe box inside of a separate box or bag. Failure to do so, Gumbo Lilies will not except your return. **
